Welcome to SO Italian Wines a branch of SO Italian Food and Wines based in Dublin.
After living many years in Italy and some around the world working for a multi-national drinks company in the Caribbean and EMEA, we decided to return to Ireland and bring with us a taste of Italy by sourcing authentic quality wines from small independent Italian producers, people with a passion for their land and visionary in their wine-making.
Our journey has led us through the 20 Italian regions and our ever-evolving portfolio now includes many wines from Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria, Puglia, Sicily and Sardinia.
We also developed for the Irish market our own brand of Prosecco called SO Prosecco which offers a range of selection of premium Spumante Cuvée Prosecco DOCG from the Valdobbiadene region and a tasty Frizzante DOC Treviso. Our SO Rosè Spumante Brut from Castelvetro di Modena also features high amongst our customers’ choice of favourite bubbles.
We distribute our entire portfolio of Italian wines through a small network of Artisan Food Stores, Restaurants and Wine Shops but you can also order directly from us here and buy online wine by the case.
