Ardkeen Quality Food Store is an independent food retailer based in Waterford City. The business was founded by Robert and Pamela Jephson in 1967 as a small grocery store. Core to our business are strong relationships with customers, suppliers and staff. These relationships have enabled us to source better foods from smaller suppliers, remain competitive and deliver great customer service, we also have fantastic customers who value food quality and provenance.
Ardkeen Quality Food Store were the first retailer to be recognised by Euro-Toque Ireland for their ‘outstanding contribution to Irish food’.

When developing Barnhill Stores, we wanted to create a unique experience for our neighbourhood. We teamed up with the best local artisan suppliers coupled with the finest national small food producers and we are now proud to say we have over 160 suppliers delivering over 1000 unique products every week.

The Blue Goat is an Artisan Food Store and Deli located along the Wild Atlantic Way in the heritage town of Ramelton, Co.Donegal.
The store is full of Irish produce and condiments including Olive Oils, Chutneys and Pastes, Hot Sauces, Cereals, Mustards, Jams, Preserves, Honey, etc. Fine Foods, Wines and Prosecco have been carefully selected from Italy, France, and Spain.
Non food items include Local Art, Books, Greeting Cards, Wax Melts, Organic Bees Wax Food Bags and Covers, Irish made Soap and Bath Salts- all locally made in Donegal.
Burtown is currently home to three generations of the Fennell family. James & Joanna and their three children, Bluebell, Mimi and William, live in the main house which dates from the first half of the 18th century, and has never been sold.
Our visual aesthetics, our food and our surrounding landscape is our passion, and we take great pleasure in knowing what we are eating and where the produce has come from, growing almost all our food and working with some great producers.
Our background is photographing and designing interiors and hospitality, growing and eating good food, travelling and living life to the max, and more recently welcoming guests to Burtown to enjoy all that we are developing here.
Brothers Barry & Paul McNerney partnered with John Byrne to open the first Lotts & Co. in Beggars Bush in 2015. They wanted to create a food destination that contributed to their own community and place of work. They believed that the Dublin food scene was missing a modern food retail experience with high quality products and great service which still retained a warm sense of familiarity.

The Wicklow Wine Company began its life in November 2000 on the main street of Wicklow Town with two graduates of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust’s Diploma, Michael Anderson and Ben Mason at its helm. Both men shared a passion for wine and a wealth of knowledge covering most of the world of wine between them. They worked hard to establish a fine retail business while importing and wholesaling an impressive selection of interesting wines direct from the vineyards.
Over the years, the portfolio has expanded to include around 600 wines. To complement the wines in store we offer an excellent selection of cheeses, artisan breads, fresh olives, pastas, preserves, chocolates, and the best organic coffee in town: drink while you browse in the shop or take it away.
