Tasting notes : Colour : clear, medium ruby colour. Bouquet : medium intensity, with floral aromas of violets, red cherries, sandy earth, hints of iron minerality. Taste : dry, high acidity, soft and supple, tannins. Flavours of sweet dark red cherries, ripe strawberries, sour red cherries, earth, sweet spice.
