Taste : On the palate it has a wonderful bitter lemon twist, green apple and crisp acidity which adds to the elegant complexity. A lovely clear driest of wines, with green lights and a persistent fine perlage, this Prosecco Cuvée comes from the heart of Prosecco regions, Valdobbiadene.
Food Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif. It emphasises dishes based on any type of fish, and great with dessert.
