Colours : Pale yellow with creamy tinges. Bouquet : Delicate, lively, the notes of peaches and cream with added mineral stone fruit character deliver a unique smooth complexity. Taste : On the palate it has a lovely full mouth feel with lush ripe fruit and delicious honey peach flavours. Alc. : 11.0% by vol.
Food Pairings : Perfect as an aperitif. It emphasises dishes based on white fish, and delicious with cakes and biscuits. Serving : 6/8 °C.
