Obtained from the typical grapes of Grasparossa of Castelvetro and Grechetto Gentile promptly harvested by hand in the hilly vineyards of Castelvetro, and thanks to the slow sparkling process, this brut rosé sparkling wine is characterised by a delicate and fragrant fruity aroma and a fresh and savoury flavour.
